• Purpose limitation - data is used for capital formation education, discovery, and communications you enable.
• No sale of personal data - we do not sell your personal information.

What we process

Account identifiers (name, email), role (founder/investor), pitch content you publish, interest and message content, eligibility attestations and risk acknowledgments, and basic product analytics in production. This MVP stores data locally in your browser.

Cookies & consent

Essential storage keeps you signed in and remembers theme preferences. You can accept essential or decline non-essential via the consent banner.

Your controls

From Settings, you can update preferences, export your data as JSON, and delete local account data.

Children

Fools is not directed at individuals under 18.
